The best before date is displayed on the website and on the product label.
Best before date is 3 weeks from the date made.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container. For best results remove from the fridge half an hour before tucking in.
Please ensure all shipping addresses are entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for posting to the wrong address.
Refunds will not be given for items ordered by mistake and once the order has been processed, amendments cannot be made.
If the package is bigger than our letterbox fudge, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure you are in to receive your order or be able to pick it up from your local depot. We cannot be held responsible for packages collected after the best before date of the item.
We are not held responsible for items damaged by heat during the warm months of summer. Orders placed at this time are at the buyers risk.

Our basic chocolate based recipe does not contain nuts or gluten but it does contain soya and dairy.
It is suitable for vegetarians - dependant on different inclusions.
Different inclusions means different flavours may contain all of the above. Please check the product label before consuming.
Our kitchen is kept very clean yet we cannot guarantee it is allergen free.
